Throttle body, frame jig, and wheel speed sensor

Some quick progress updates:

The frame jig is finished, and all we're waiting on now is our roll hoops.  Hopefully they'll get here soon...

This Saturday we played a little bit with our Honeywell GT101 hall effect sensor with the intention of using it as a wheel speed sensor for Danny's proposed senior design project.  No modified geometry on the front, just using the rotor as is:

We made a jig to attach a motor to an upright and used the brake rotor as a trigger wheel.  The inboard attachments to the hub make great trigger teeth.  The sensor worked very well, even with a large air gap, as demonstrated in the video below:

Also, I started machining our new throttle body.  Both housing parts are now done:
